Orginizations We Support

Children's Hospital Colorado

Schomp Automotive has supported Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHC) enthusiastically for more than a quarter century. Our most significant annual sale benefits the CHC Burn Center by donating a portion of the profit from every new and pre-owned vehicle sold during the July sales event week. As the region’s oldest and most-respected hospital for children, Children’s Hospital Colorado is a beacon of hope and comfort for our youngest citizens. We are proud to be its partner.

Morgan Adams Foundation Race Against Kids’ Cancer

Supporting a great cause makes having a good time even better. Schomp Automotive accomplishes that by supporting the Race Against Kids’ Cancer at High Plains Raceway. The Morgan Adams Foundation raises money to fund pediatric brain cancer research at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Over the years, we have raised more than $1 million by pairing nationally known professional race car drivers in Schomp-provided vehicles with amateur drivers who are selected to race based on the amounts they raise for the cause. The drivers also do ticketed track rides that thrill their passengers, all in support of this great cause.

Danny Dietz Foundation Military Boot Camp

Schomp Automotive is committed to supporting the people who serve in the U.S. military. The Littleton-based Danny Dietz Foundation, named after the Navy Seal Team member and Heritage High School graduate who died heroically in Afghanistan in June of 2005 is an organization we believe in. The Foundation’s goal is to create awareness and community involvement in at-risk youth through strenuous mental and physical training and mentoring. In Danny Dietz’s honor Schomp donated to the Foundation and also sponsored The Schomp Military Workout, a boot camp workout and 5k run/walk open to the public with all proceeds going to the Foundation.

Schomp Health and Wellness

Scientific research proves that healthy employees are happier, experience less stress, and are more productive, so Schomp Automotive has made health and wellness a priority benefit of employment. Every employee has access to on-site fitness facilities and is encouraged to take advantage of an array of wellness activities and services. We also offer our team members flexibility in their schedules so they can tend to their health, including mental wellness. Close proximity to the Highline Canal, which runs north of the Plum Valley Lane campus, provides additional recreational opportunities for both customers and employees.

“Walking is the best possible exercise. Habituate yourself to walk very far.”
